Who We Are Looking For:
We are searching for a skilled Sales Engineer / Implementation Specialist with deep expertise in ERP systems, particularly in configuration QA and troubleshooting. You will have experience with platforms like SAP, NetSuite, AirTable, or Zoho, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Clear communication, technical proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset are key for this role, along with familiarity with tools like Slack, Jira, and basic JSON scripting.
What you'll do:
- Customer Onboarding & Implementation: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and configure their ERP accounts, ensuring ticketing and field management systems align with their business goals.
- Configuration QA: Oversee the proper setup of ERP systems, verifying configurations and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Level 2 technical support, focusing on complex system issues and integrations, including QuickBooks, and making minor JSON updates as necessary.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation in Confluence, ensuring clarity and accuracy in system setups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teamssales, customer success, and engineeringto facilitate communication and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Process Improvement: Continuously optimize onboarding, documentation, and customer support processes.
Multichannel Customer Support: Communicate with clients via tools like Intercom, WhatsApp, and web chat, ensuring smooth support throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in ERP system configuration and troubleshooting (SAP, NetSuite, AirTable, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities, especially around system configurations and integrations
- Proficiency with Slack, GSuite, Jira/Confluence, Intercom, and basic JSON scripting
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Availability during 9-5 MST to support customer and team collaboration
Bonus:
- Experience with chatbot integration and knowledge management using Jira/Confluence
- Familiarity with customer support through multiple channels, such as WhatsApp and Intercom
