Responsible for accurate implementation of member's healthcare benefit policy, focusing on emergency cases and the delivery of superior customer service at all times in Hospital-Emergency Room setting. Emphasis on utilization management specially for assessed non-emergency cases. Report physically in the assigned Hospital-ER Dept.
- Provide support to members and evaluate emergency cases of members.
Help members with the LOA Issuance to ER Availments and apply redirection, if necessary.- Address Miscellaneous concerns and inquiries.
Endorse admitting members to Maxicare Inpatient Team.
Qualifications:
- No license or experience required!
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!- Candidate must have a degree in BS-Nursing, Pharmacy, MedTech, Radtech, BS Biology, Nutrition Dietician, Physical therapy, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Psychology etc.
Completed in 3rd year level are also welcome ( Must have school records)
- Willing to work and be assigned in our partnered Hospitals Clients
