Position Summary
Receives, maintains, and distributes material, tools, and equipment used out in the field for various Conco jobs. This position will be responsible for maintaining an inventory all equipment and rental equipment either housed or rented through our Louisiana warehouse location. This is a warehouse position with responsibilities including but not limited to the following.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and processing job equipment requests for upcoming jobs.
- Coordinate with Operations or Project Manager equipment needs by either preparing in-house equipment or renting external equipment on an as needed basis.
- Ship and receive material, tools and equipment as required to meet on-time delivery requirements for upcoming jobs.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, material and/or tool quantities transferred between company locations or jobsite locations.
- Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies at job-end to ensure timely return of rental items and/or internal equipment.
- Maintains a dispatch board or log sheet.
- Prepares purchase orders for rental equipment, tracks each piece of rented equipment by job site and job number.
- Coordinates repairs and maintenance with mechanics, generates purchase orders for repairs and/or required maintenance.
- Ensure vehicle inspections and necessary maintenance is outsourced by reputable auto mechanic and keep accurate records of services needed and/or completed.
- Purchases small tools and any supplies needed for the equipment and/or work crews.
- Inspects equipment on a regular basis to comply with company safety policies.
- Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired.
- Adhere to Employees Responsibilities section set forth in Concos Safety Policies & Procedure Manual.

Experience And Education
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year Inventory Control experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
- Crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, squatting, driving, sitting or standing (particularly for long periods of time).
- Physically submit to periodic drug /alcohol/background & clearance screening tests (employment is contingent upon favorable results).
