The
Equipment Operations and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and supervision of all activities with respect to repair, replacement of all vehicle and equipment parts preventive maintenance activities of all company-owned vehicles and equipment. Also responsible in the proper coordination and dispatching of service and heavy equipment to support operating department
- Ensure availability of fuel and oil for all heavy equipment owned by the company
Supervise the preventive, repair and maintenance activities on heavy and light equipment ensuring that it will be completed on-time- Ensure availability of fuel (diesel and gasoline) and oil for all service vehicle owned by the company
Create the weekly job/work schedules of the team according to priority, operation conditions, manpower, tools and availability of spare parts and other materials
- Supervise the preventive, repair and maintenance activities on service and transportation vehicle, ensuring that it will be completed on-time
Administrative Responsibilities: Checking of Requisition Forms, Checking of Request for Payments, Checking of Revolving Fund Replenishments, Checking of Liquidation of Advances, Checking of Billing Invoice for Charges Related Expenses, Checking of Diesel Charging Report of all Company Vehicles and Equipment- Checking of Compliance Function Activities Report of the section
Facilitate regular evaluation (yearly) of the condition of all company vehicles and equipment and recommends re-fleeting or disposal
- Attend relevant training and seminars to stay informed on current industry trends
3 years rank and file or 2 years supervisory
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 7am to 6pm and every Friday 8am - 5pm
- Work Location: Lot 10A Purok 1 Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna
