Primary Purpose of Job:Responsible in taking charge of the overall mechanical system. Manage mechanical projects related to facilities and maintenance including sub-contractual jobs in Manufacturing. Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities on the plant. Manage production support on equipment and machine repairs and maintenance.
- Undertakes studies and prepares proposals on the repair, modification, and improvement of company facilities with corresponding budget requirements which pertains to mechanical system.
- Undertakes the scheduling, actual monitoring, and checking of maintenance activities in relation to:
a. Air conditioning units
b. ventilation system such as exhaust fan and HVLS
c. air compressors and air driers
d. pressure vessel and power pipes
e. plumbing system and booster pump and other mechanical related equipment
f. dock levelers
g. production machineries
- Receives job order requests for repairs, improvements, or modification; Evaluates requests and recommends disposition or action to take on such requests from the different work units in the organization.
- Supervises mechanical works on the company equipment; reviews and inspects completed work to ensure that they conform to job order specifications and meet requirements of requisitioning parties
- Receives report on damages or losses in the company's physical facilities and makes the necessary investigations, endorses estimates on damages and makes corresponding recommendations on corrective action.
- Prepares PR requisition slips for the out-sourced projects, materials and parts needed for maintenance activities that are required by facility management; Identifies service providers and participates in the negotiation for terms and conditions of the job order.
- Assists in the computation of preliminary cost estimates of mechanical projects to serve as basis for the selection of and negotiations with contractors regarding mechanical works to be undertaken within the company.
- Conducts regular checking of maintenance concerns of mechanical equipment.
- Conduct minor and major troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment
- Undertakes the updating and maintenance of mechanical drawings and layouts
- Maintains files of reports and documents related to equipment.
- Comply to all government requirements including PEZA permit processing and application
- Participates in the implementation of 5S in the work station and complies with safety and ISO standards and specifications; Participates in general assembly and work unit meetings, improvement activities, training programs, and other company activities.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
