RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support as needed to BGBM equipment and other teams as necessary.
Conduct technical reports and activities aligned with BGBM equipment.- Communicate observations and findings promptly.
Identify and troubleshoot problems in processes, products, and equipment, working towards solutions.
- Document methods to improve work processes.
Ensure materials and spare parts are available based on the weekly plan.- Track and monitor activities to ensure they adhere to schedules.
Train equipment technicians.
- Support company initiatives for maintaining a safe working environment, such as 5S and Health & Safety.
Maintain high performance standards with integrity.- Oversee preventive maintenance and serve as the ESD coordinator.
Supervise equipment technician activities and lead cost reduction projects related to machines and tooling.
- Plan and manage monthly spending on spare parts and consumables based on the budget and forecasted volume.
Plan and monitor the calibration of equipment, including production and metrology tools, along with their accessories.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing/Semiconductor industry as an Equipment Engineer (experience with BGBM/grinding is advantageous).
- Experience in operating and maintaining metrology equipment.
Ability to work independently.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Office or related software.
Understanding of basic BGBM principles, including machine diagrams and PLC of BGBM equipment and metrology tools.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials selection, and product testing.
Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime on weekends when necessary.
