In this Environmental Specialist position, you will become an expert on U.S. wastewater and stormwater regulations, gathering essential data from clients and preparing detailed regulatory reports. Your responsibilities will include data analysis, Excel management, online data submission, and frequent communication with clients about filing procedures.

• Understand and apply U.S. wastewater and stormwater regulations
  
• Request data from clients for use in regulatory report filings
  
• Analyze and organize data for accurate regulatory reporting
  
• Manage spreadsheets and enter data using Microsoft Excel
  
• Report data online and communicate filing procedures to clients
  
• Develop expertise in environmental compliance disciplines
  
• Collaborate with U.S. Compliance practitioners to meet environmental deadlines and execute projects
  

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Science and Skills that Flow

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related scientific discipline
  
• 3-5 years of experience in wastewater reporting and data analysis
  
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Dynamics
  
• Excellent written communication skills
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with personnel at all organizational levels
  
• Excellent time management skills to support multiple ongoing activities within given deadlines
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team with a diverse workload
