• Responsibilities include:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues.

• Handle patient information and documentation accurately.

Assist with billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.

• Coordinate with healthcare providers for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and policies.

• What we need

High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.

• Requires 6 months of BPO experience.

Good communication skills.

• Able to work onsite.

Willing to attend onsite interview at our main office.

• Work Location: Antipolo, Rizal

• Interview site location: Cubao, Quezon City
