Hiring Manager : Head of Sales Philippines
Location: Philippines
What do you get to do
Client and territory sales growth with a focus on the Enterprise sector
Responsible for assigned Territory's sales target
Identifying potential client types and developing pitch materials tailored to each type
Leading sales activities related to our Enterprise product offerings - from developing the sales leads, closing the deal and managing client satisfaction to grow their business with Brankas.
Generating and prioritizing lead sheets, contacting potential clients and scheduling introductory meetings
Leading client presentations, bringing other Brankas staff (CEO, CTO, Sales Engineer) as appropriate
Serving as clients first and main point of contact
Partner development
Identifying, prioritizing, and engaging potential Brankas partners, such as bank, financial services providers, payment processors/aggregators, enterprise SaaS companies, IT service providers
Identifying potential new channels, products, and partnerships to increase the reach and value of Brankas to bank clients
Strategy and general management
Working with Brankas leadership to generate and revise Brankas go-to-market strategy
Support recruiting, hiring, and organization design of the Sales team
Design and implement feedback channels to other Brankas teams to ensure the voice of the customer is represented
Timely submission of reports and updates based on territory-defined schedules, providing feedback to product/delivery teams as appropriate
What do we look for in you
Proven experience as a Sales Manager
Experience in technical solution sales into the Financial Services Industry (FSI)
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
Excellent communication skills
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Organizational and leadership ability
Problem-solving aptitude
BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field
