PROCESS DESIGNER
CAPABILITY SUMMARY
Transform operating models such as end-to-end business process design and resource management; and establish performance measurement frameworks
CAPABILITY DESCRIPTION
Evaluates effectiveness of key processes using Lean Six Sigma, other quality management tools and best practices
Initiates process review based on feedback from stakeholders and industry practices & standards
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and measures corresponding potential business impact
Analyzes root causes of process wastes, gaps, and inefficiencies
(Re)designs end-to-end business process and support architectures within regulatory compliance framework
Embeds customer experience, control procedures and performance monitoring mechanisms to measure and monitor process effectiveness
Maps processes to banking capabilities indicated in the Banking Industry Association Network (BIAN) standards, and provides automation updates on the enterprise architecture map
Ensures implementation of TO-BE process design, including pertinent documentation from the operating unit, to support the enacted change

Measures potential business impacts of project
Analyzes business requirements and ensures incorporation to process design
o Consults and seeks sign-off from business owners on recommended implementation plan
o Communicates requirements to the assigned development team
Evaluates possible solutions to technical issues and concerns and recommends to business owners
Escalates solution delivery issues that impact the business
Monitors project roll-out to ensure business process stability
