PROJECT MANAGER CAPABILITY SUMMARY

  • Ensures successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing transformation projects; and Oversee projects to include the agreed scope and be delivered in committed schedule and approved budget.

CAPABILITY DESCRIPTION

  • Defines project scope and manages available resources
  • Administers project delivery timeline o Recognizes and measures risks that impact the project delivery
  • Identifies interruptions in project delivery, and escalates to the concerned parties, if needed
  • Creates project budget, facilitates request from the business owners and Management, and oversees budget availment and future requirement

PROCESS DESIGNER CAPABILITY SUMMARY

  • Transform operating models such as end-to-end business process design and resource management; and establish performance measurement frameworks

CAPABILITY DESCRIPTION

  • Evaluates effectiveness of key processes using Lean Six Sigma, other quality management tools and best practices
  • Initiates process review based on feedback from stakeholders and industry practices & standards
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and measures corresponding potential business impact
  • Analyzes root causes of process wastes, gaps, and inefficiencies
  • (Re)designs end-to-end business process and support architectures within regulatory compliance framework
  • Embeds customer experience, control procedures and performance monitoring mechanisms to measure and monitor process effectiveness
  • Maps processes to banking capabilities indicated in the Banking Industry Association Network (BIAN) standards, and provides automation updates on the enterprise architecture map
  • Ensures implementation of TO-BE process design, including pertinent documentation from the operating unit, to support the enacted change

DIGITAL DELIVERY LEAD CAPABILITY SUMMARY

  • Lead the delivery of the Bank's digital programs and projects together with the other business-enabling teams through:
  • Collaborative planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and programs to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery by having a thorough understanding of the technical design, process flows, and data flows that ensures adherence to both business and technical requirements and standards.
  • Understanding of business, data, application, technology, and risk map of the project;
  • Demonstration of the ability influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems;
  • Establishment of appropriate governance functions in accordance to enterprise policies and practices; and
  • Overseeing the overall design and architecture of the project being delivered and ensures that integration between affected IT platforms conforms with the architecture provided by the Solutions Architect.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Leads the overall delivery management of each project under within the managed portfolio ensuring such are delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.
  • Defines and finalize project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business unit and key stakeholders
  • Creates and manages the detailed timeline for project execution and ensures that resources are always aligned with such.
  • Optimizes utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed quality and scope
  • Coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Updates the project team of the status of the project based on agreed upon frequency. Clears blockers for the SMEs to perform and deliver
  • Facilitates learning through post mortem and sprint retrospective
  • Provides direct supervision and mentoring to project team members
  • Reviews technical design provided by the Solutions Architect such as database, application architecture and system interface design together with the technical delivery team.
  • Identifies, monitors and manages project risks, issues, dependencies and action plans until project implementation and closure.
  • Monitors and manages project expenses to ensure it is within cost baseline.
  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path
  • Establishes and ensures appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies, practices and on behalf of the executive sponsor or senior responsible owner.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Ensures that implemented solution is based on the Solutions Architect's design and is aligned with the Enterprise Architecture

BUSINESS ANALYST CAPABILITY SUMMARY

  • Integrate business requirements to the solution design, and oversee development, testing, and deployment of the project
