The Enrollment Officer is as team member of the Cash Management Team who verifies, checks, and approves corporate enrollments and service update requests of new and existing Small - Medium Sized Enterprise clients within the prescribed service level agreements or turn-around-time to help ensure timely realization of revenue.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Review all documents and ensure they are correct and complete prior to the enrollment of the client
- Identify and report problems, potential risks, and any other causes that may lead to enrollment delay to the Enrollment Head for proper coordination and resolution
- Keep a record of all updates related to documents submitted for the enrollment of clients
- Coordinate with all teams concerned (whether internal or external) for timely completion and recording of enrollment requests and updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Two (2) years of experience in operations / enrollment / document management and customer service gained from a bank or other financial institutions
- Must be willing to work on-site in Makati/Ortigas
