ENGINEERING TECHNICIANWork in an International Hotel, located in the heart of Binondo, Manila.

Responsibilities- Responsible for maintenance of all aspects of hotel, including but not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, painting, exterior grounds, lighting, electrical, carpentry, masonry
Coordinate with outside vendors on repair, upgrades, and replacement
- Respond to requests that require repair; including but not limited to television, Internet/computer, HVAC, and plumbing concerns
Coordinate regular inspections of fire alarm, sprinkler systems, elevators, board of health items
Requirements- Graduates of leading universities strongly preferred
We accept Vocational Graduates with experience
- Preferably with experience in Aircon and Refrigerator repair and maintenance.
With extensive experience in building maintenance gained from hospitality industry- Recent graduates with excellent records and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
