Full Job Description of Engineering Supervisor:- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff.
- Plan and prioritize engineering projects based on company objectives and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles.
- Review and approve engineering designs and technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Engineering course
- With at least 2-3 years supervisory experience in construction.
Ability to implement projects based on plans/drawings within schedule.- Excellent project management skills: To supervise, plan, organize and manage stakeholder.
Good in communication both oral and written.
Can start working ASAP
