Qualifications:
Education: Civil Supervisor needs a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Civil / Structural Engineering with background or experience in using Engineering software like AutoCad, Sketch-Up, and the likes.
Training & Experience: Civil Supervisor typically receive on-the-job training once they are hired. This training may last for a few months and may include shadowing an experienced Project Proposal team.
Certifications & Licenses: Civil Supervisor should be an Engineering Board Passer.
