- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (or related courses).
- With at least 1 year extensive knowledge and experience in surveying, designing, quantifying, constructing, and administering quality control for Outside Plant Fiber Optics Network facilities (i.e pole line installation, underground, aerial buried, BICS, manhole and conduit design.)
- With at least 1 years experience in handling Fiber Optic Cables, their specification, types and user application.
- Familiar with OSP/ISP design standards of Telecommunications Facilities, and Power Facilities using Fiber Optics Technology
- With experience of Auto Cadd under Telecom.
