Operations Manager (_
Civil Engineer_) to join our growing team! In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our engineering projects, from planning and execution to ensuring client satisfaction.
Develop and implement business plans aligned with client and organizational goals.
- Drive operational excellence to achieve and exceed client satisfaction.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control across all projects.- Manage project teams, ensuring technical quality and adherence to client requirements.
Lead project analysis and manage resources, schedules, and budgets.

- We're looking for someone with:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) + MBA (or relevant Master's)- Proven experience in construction operations management and leadership.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Up-to-date knowledge of construction engineering practices and regulations.
- With high emotional quotient (EQ), grit and creative problem-solving skills.
