Job Description: Engineering Manager- Salary Range: PHP 65,000 - PHP 85,000
Minimum 7-10 years of work experience.
- Master's degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering.
Must hold relevant Master's
degrees and licenses.
Lead efforts to get our procedures and practices certified by the appropriate ISO standard.- Manage a team of engineers proficient in Navisworks, AutoCAD, PDMS, and similar tools.
Execute and manage model queries.
- Expertly read and interpret P&IDs, ISOs, and 3D models.
Accurately read and interpret technical specifications.- Conduct thorough research on various regulatory requirements.
Proactively identify and implement more effective, efficient, and accurate practices within the organization.
- Maintain effective communication and scheduling capabilities.
Work with various types of clients, including owners, EPC, subcontractors, etc.- Travel and visit job sites as required.
Coordinate and manage fieldwork.
Proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, and PDMS.
- Strong knowledge of P&IDs, ISOs, and 3D models.
Excellent communication and scheduling abilities.- Experience working with diverse clients and managing fieldwork.
Proactive approach to improving engineering practices.
