Engineering Head Developer | Java

Specific JOB TITLE/POSITION: Engineering Head (AVP or SAVP level)

• Graduate of

BS in Computer Science or similar. Working experience in Banking / FinTech Industries

• Extensive 10+ years of experience in digital platform engineering, focusing on digital channels and customer-facing solutions: working experience as Java Developer and Leadership experience -at least AVP Level

Project Management experience :Manage project timelines, budgets

Hands-on experience with Java, ReactJS, React Native Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Have a good understanding of CI/CD

Understand microservice, cloud (aws), and Kubernetes well.

• Amenable to report in

Makati (Hybrid for now- around 2-4x onsite / month)Can start asap
