JOB DESCRIPTION
- Familiarization of Company's properties.
Attending to various technical concerns from _MCY PROPERTIES_ including _GO KAA UNITS, SKY 1 TOWER_ and _SKY RESIDENCE_.- Periodic site visits to _MCY PROPERTIES_ outside Metro Manila.
Preparation of weekly reports, site visit reports, and feasibility studies for _MCY_ projects.
- Compilation of _MCY projects_ plans and blueprints and maintain E - files.
Facilitate the turn - over for lease units and inspection of vacated units.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Engineering graduate, with or without license.
Preferably Civil Engineering with one (1) year of work experience.
- Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD, MS Word, Excel and Power point applications.
Willing to travel outside Metro Manila for site inspections.- Cooperative and with positive outlook towards the job.
Can accomplish works with minimum supervision.
- With good moral character.
