Oversee the daily operation and upkeep of electrical and mechanical systems, including emergency generators, transformers, switch gears, and HVAC systems, manage CAD drawings for modifications and redesigns to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, design and propose upgrades, and prepare documentation for required approvals.
Implement energy-efficient practices, sustainability initiatives, and recommend improvements to reduce operational costs.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance, safety inspections, and equipment manuals; prepare scope of work (SOW) for quotes and oversee contractor activities.
Act as the first point of contact for facility emergencies, monitor and control SCADA systems.
PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) License Electrical Engineer
Degree of BS Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
Knowledge in facility, equipment & utilities maintenance
Able to perform work in 12-hour shift, monthly rotation on day/Night.
