Position: Engineer IAM
Work Setup: Hybrid, 4 days onsite and 1 day WFH, in Makati
Work Schedule: Must be amenable to any shift
Salary: Up to Php90,000
Overview
The Identity Engineer is a key member of the IAM team and reports to the Director of Identity & Access Management. You'll never be bored, with opportunities to work on IAM application design and configuration, DevOps automation of IAM technologies across the cloud and fleet, and custom Java/scripting development.
Responsibilities
Automation and Scripting: Design and implement automation and scripting solutions to extend the capabilities of the IAM platform.
Configuration as Code: Use Configuration as Code methodologies to configure and manage a highly performant and manageable IAM stack.
Self-Service On-boarding: Develop self-service application on-boarding to speed adoption of SSO and user provisioning across SaaS and on-prem applications.
Expert Guidance: Become the Go-To expert for IAM technologies and processes and advise business partners on integration into the IAM platform.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the IAM team to implement and automate processes, continuously improving the performance, reliability, and security of the IAM platform.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in information security and/or identity management disciplines.
University degree in computer science, IT, or Information Security preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
Security industry certifications are a plus.
Knowledge And Skills
Proficiency in software or systems engineering.
Familiarity with Linux/UNIX/Windows security.
Experience with DevOps tools for code deployment and management (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet).
Competence in programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell).
Experience with SSO technologies (e.g., SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, Auth0, Kerberos, ADFS).
