• Job Overview

The Engineer Associate is to be rotated in four roles during your probationary period and will be assigned in a specific role function that you are assessed to be best fit in before your regularization.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

• Technical Sales

A. Provide effective business development and professional sales service proposals and submissions, and contract;

B. Develop customer relation and representation for UN products and services;

C. Assist preparing and delivering technical presentations, explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers;

D. Negotiating tender and contract terms;

E. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;

F. Offer after-sales support services;

G. Identify and generate sales leads;

H. Provide sales and client reports;

• 2. Solutions Engineer Role

A. Analyzes, plans, and draws data diagram for control system and networks;

B. Plan and modify products to meet customer needs;

C. Help in researching and developing new products for LED;

D. Perform the following technical services to both UN and its clients, but not limited to:

• Assist in site ocular visits and inspections;

Conduct cost analysis;

• Calculating client quotations;

Assist in Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery;

E. Prepares the following report:

• Data Diagram;

Project Requirements;

• Project turnover report;

F. Coordinates with the following:

• Suppliers for product canvass;

G. Be kept updated and abreast of current trends with the product (LED boards);

H. Suggest innovation and improvements that are necessary for the growth of the business;

• 3. Technical Support

A. Conduct quality checking of media display units prior events and/or projects;

B. Assist in installation, configuration, and dismantling of media display units;

C. Assist in product testing;

D. Conduct troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs;

E. Take Photos and Videos of job completed;

F. Performing other related tasks such as listed below, but not limited to:

• Creating a monthly calendarized work coverage plan;

Maintaining organized and accurate filing of data and documents;

• Maintaining confidentiality as to its appropriateness as to documents, information, files and data involving United Neon and its engagement;

Initiating and answer communications within team and to other departments as it may be necessary to involve along the course of its duty;

G. Prepares the following reports:

• Job Completion Report;

Expense Report ;

• Repair and maintenance status;

Equipment and spare parts inventory;

• 4. Project Implementation

A. Work with Project Managers for every project and job orders requirements;

B. Coordinate with LED Operations as necessitated by the project;

C. Coordinate with Electrical Engineer and Structural Engineers for installation methodology;

D. Monitor and report on contractors for the work contracted (installation, repair,

maintenance, etc.). May need to supervise contractors work as needed;

E. Conduct User Training of both software and hardware in coordination with assigned Sales

Engineer or Project Manager;

F. Provides efficient administrative support to the team such as but not limited to:

• Preparation for request for payment;

Reimbursement and liquidation of expenses;

• Maintaining an organize and accurate filing system of confidential information;

Create reports and minutes of the meetings; and

• 5. Perform tasks assigned from time to time.

• Educational Background and Work Experiences:

• Bachelor's Degree in any of the following:
  
  A. Electronics and Communications Engineering;
  
  B. Electrical Engineering;
  

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  
• Key Competencies and Skills:

• Technically Adept: Proficient in installing and maintaining electronic equipment such as LED panels, Audio-visual equipment.
  

• Strong business acumen. Can easily identify and assess business opportunities.
  

• Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to provide simple and understandable presentation to the clients through communicating with them in a language they can easily understand.
  

• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  

• Has a strong interest and enthusiasm in working with and learning about electronics communication.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
