Performs routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair procedures on the building, mechanical equipment and utility systems.
- Performs trouble shooting to solve minor and major repairs of all buildings and equipment.
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building, mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis.
- Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance program and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior or top management.
- May obtain estimates for supplies, repair parts and order parts as needed.
- Coordinates maintenance worker efforts to ensure company's property like machines/equipment are in good condition.
- Identify areas for improvement and assigned maintenance worker to addressed the issues
- Develop maintenance schedule and enforce them among maintenance staff.
- Communicate plans for upper level improvements to maintenance staff
- Delegate tasks to meet maintenance schedule and satisfy employer needs
- JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION : College Degree Holder of Electrical/Mechanical related course
EXPERIENCE : Has an experience working in any food manufacturing plant especially in preventive maintenance, repairs and installation
First time working in any food manufacturing plant is considered
SKILL : Can coordinate well with the subordinates
Has a Strong Leadership skill
Has a good decision-making skill
Ability to write and speak in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations
TRAINING : Good Manufacturing Practices/Standard Sanitation Operating Procedure
