Overall Purpose of The Job
This role is responsible for coordinating with training centres and medical providers when necessary as well as contacting seafarers on the process of mobilization.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Ensures timely processing of visa and other formalities relating to the joining crew.
- Print out CV proposed candidates for certain position as requested by the Crew Managers.
- Save document's scanned copy to seafarer's individual 201 folders on the shared drive
- Updates ex-crew records in the crew system.
- Updates training/license certificates of all crew in the crew system.
- Encodes additional crew for allotment and other details.
- Acknowledge all scanned documents by signing on the requirements checklist.
- Return all crew documents to the requesting personnel.
- Performs such other task as may be assigned by superiors.
