Man/Job Specs:

- Graduate of any 4 year course.

- At least 1 year working experience in encoding.

- Computer literate

- Flexible, hardworking and highly motivated.

Job Responsibility:

• Accepts Sales Orders for processing.
  
  a. S.O's received must have been logged and stamped received.
  
  b. S.O's received must have been stamped and picked by warehouse
  
  personnel.
  
  c. S.O's received must have complete information as to customer &
  
  salesmen code, prices, sales organization, P.O attached or quantity of
  
  orders.
  

• Process system picking based on the Sales Order.
  
  a. System must be based on FIRST- IN, FIRST- OUT basis.
  
  b. S.O's received up to 2:00 pm must be processed within the day.
  

• Process post goods issue and system delivery. All S.O's that have been picked should be posted as goods issue and delivered in the system.
  

• Generates billing (Sales invoice) for all S.O's received.
  
  a. All S.O's received with delivery schedule shall be invoiced two (2) days
  
  before scheduled delivery.
  
  b. Sales invoice generated should reflect correct pricing, quantity, product
  
  description, customer's name address or ship to party.
  

• Perform manual processing whenever the system is done.
  

• Manual invoicing shall be done for priority orders. Manual processing shall indicate correct pricing, quantity, product description and batches.
  
  

• Coordinate with Inventory group, salesmen and warehouse personnel on items related to order processing. Items not clear upon order processing shall be referred to person concerned
  
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  
  Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
