Roles and Responsibilities:- Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement programs and activities to boost team morale and cultivate a positive work environment.
Feedback Collection: Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to gather feedback on employee satisfaction, and act on findings to make continuous improvements.- Event Management: Organize and oversee both online and in-office corporate events, company anniversary, and sports activities, including team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and wellness programs (physical, mental, financial)
Wellness Programs: Design and roll out wellness initiatives that address the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of staff.
- Retention Strategies: Collaborate with HR to develop and refine strategies aimed at increasing employee retention.
Performance Rewards: Work with leadership to develop a rewards and recognition program that acknowledges outstanding performance and contributions to the company.
Requirements- At least 2 years of work experience within EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
BPO experience is a plus
- Willing to work on night shifts and in both sites - Makati and Mandaluyong
