Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and curating engaging content for our employer branding campaigns.
  • Support the development and execution of employer branding strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights related to employer branding.
  • Help manage our social media presence and contribute to our online reputation.
  • Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to align branding initiatives with overall company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Can render a minimum of 200 hours; school required internship only
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is essential
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Must be willing to work onsite in MOA Complex, Pasay City
