Join iOPEX Technologies now!- The Employee Relations Team Lead perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
Communicate to employees to discuss personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity.
- Evaluates and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action.
Explains and provides advice to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Relations Management, Humanities and the likes- Experience with Employee and Labor Relations for 1-3 years as a
HR Employee Relations supervisor/Business Partner
Willingness to work on a graveyard/night shift schedule
- Willingness to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
Experience with Employee and Labor relations, Employee Engagement
- Experience on working on a Business Process Outsourcing Company, specifically in a Call Center environment with not less than 300FTEs
Experience and exposure in conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD), attrition analysis, performance management and recommendations- Experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities
