A company located in Ayala Ave., Makati City is in need of Employee Relations Specialist to work On Site.
- Work Schedule Monday to Saturday
Time: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
RESPONSBILITIES: The ER Specialist will be in charge of maintaining positive relationship between the employees and management. Ensure that corporate policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently likewise, promptly and effective resolving workplace conflicts.- He or She is a graduate of Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any Business Admin related field.
With relevant Employee Relations experiences.
