Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Relations Specialist at Table Group Inc. in Quezon City. The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing employee relations, HR policies, labor and employment law compliance, on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Employee Relations and Employee Engagement skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in Performance Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
