Maintain and track all Employee Matters (up till Manager level) arising out of:
1. Ethics hotline complaints
2. Violation of Code of Business Conduct
3. Violation of Data Loss Prevention
4. Violation of Code if Discipline
5. Reported by Manager/ Colleague/ other Leaders
6. Any Analogous Incidents
Assist in the end-to-end Disciplinary Action matters
Coordinate with HRBPs, Managers, Legal, Governance Risk and Compliance (as needed) on managing these incidents and track to closure.
Ensure timely resolution of Incidents.
Coordinate with various HR and Function teams to complete all needed documentation for Labor litigation Cases.
Assist in the facilitation of end-to-end Administrative Hearing. (Notices/ MoMs/ NTEs/ DMs etc.)
Ensure alignment with Legal and HR heads on critical employee cases.
Oversee complete RTWN (Return to Work Notice) Process for AWOL (Absconding) Employees.
Maintain Monthly Tracker/ Presentation for all ER Cases handled by People/ Type/ Function etc.
Educate Managers on Employee Relations Matters by organizing Roadshows / Learning Bits
Provide guidance/ advise to Managers on ER Related Matters and document the same for tracking purposes
Assist in preparation for ER related Policies and Operating Guidelines
Track and Update RnC Incidents for Board Reporting (DLP/ COBC)
Track and Update Ethics Cases for Board Reporting
Ensure all ER Matters have thorough documentation that is tracked in either Share point or Workday
Ensure all DOLE Filing is completed for ER related matters including Termination Report/ and for other HR Matters like Telecommuting etc. by working with Legal

Qualifications:
Bachelors/ Masters in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or related courses
At least 8 Years of overall experience overall and atleast 3 years of solid and in-depth experience in Employee Relations
