Provide guidance on performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Develop and deliver training programs on conflict resolution, communication skills, and company policies.
Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, including issues related to harassment, discrimination, and other workplace conflicts.- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and improve workplace satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations issues and investigations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
