Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end disciplinary actions including Dismissal in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Stay up-to-date and ensure compliance with the latest labor laws, regulations, and government guidelines in the Philippines.- Collaborate with management and HR team on labor-related matters and best practices for handling employee relations issues.
Conduct investigations and mediate conflicts between employees and management to promote a positive work environment.
- Monitor and update employee discipline database, and provide regular reports to HR Manager and management team
Work closely with HR Manager and legal counsel when required to address complex labor-related issues.
Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Labor and Employee Relations Specialist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment practices, and regulatory requirements.
Strong conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
