Job Description:
Assists the Human Resource Head in developing a company discipline policy.
Assists in handling administrative matters relating to employees discipline work.
Monitors the cases of employee complaints, grievances, and offenses, and reports the status of these cases.
Issues notice for the discussions, meetings, and hearings to be conducted about the employee discipline actions.
