The Employee Relations & Services Specialist is responsible for working directly with leaders through executing HR policies, plans and programs that directly supports the Company goals and ensuring the effective and efficient execution of Employee Services and Labor Relations.
He/She ensures that certain workplace standards are met and that employee concerns and requests are addressed efficiently and timely.
Works closely with Business Unit Leaders and Team Members through the efficient management and execution of HR/Company Policies and Procedures
- Attends to and seeks to address Team Member (TM) HR-related inquiries and when needed coordinates with the other HR functional units concerned in the resolution and closure of Team Member requests and inquiries
Executes basic employee services processes such as but not limited to attending to employee requests and inquiries- Attends to the clearance processing and inquiries of existing/separated Team Members
Serves as the point of contact and lead of HR on company movements such as but not limited to change in company name, Team Members etc. from submitting regulatory requirements, documenting movements and serving contracts to Team Members as well as updating the employee/Team Member records
- Cascades important company updates and works closely with the different functional units within HR on programs affecting the brands that they serve
Represents the organization in negotiations with employee and labor organizations- Ensures company compliance to labor laws and applicable government regulations through information dissemination, implementation and reporting
Ensures that all government obligations are adhered to

Ensures that employee list is updated, complete, accurate and reliable
- Prepares data analytics for headcount, statistics and attrition
Handles end-to-end 201 management from ensuring completion of requirements from pre-hiring and updating all records up to post-employment- Ensures confidentiality and secure access of 201 files including access controls and view
Regularly updates the 201 files and disposes records that are more than 10 years from date of separation of the Team Member/s
At least 1 year of experience as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge and exposure in Employee Services and Employee Relations
Good communication skills
