I. DescriptionThe ER Assistant is a generalist that handles all facets of HR that includes employee relations, compliance, recruitment, engagement, and documentation.
- II. Principal Responsibilities
Responsible for HR proper documentation including 201 files and compliance reports.
- Handles employee relations and labor-related concerns such as employee discipline and due process.
Handles employee engagement and other activities set in HR calendar. Also assists for any unplanned activities set by the management.- Maintains database of employees and ensures proper filing of HR reports and policy updates.
Coordinates with the finance and accounting for the HR budget.
- Assists the HR Manager with new programs and policy orientation.
Manages employee requests and processing of project briefs for approval of top management.- Assists in conducting of the performance management system, cascades evaluation forms and consolidates submitted forms.
Handles other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time-to-time.
- III. Education and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
With extensive knowledge of the Philippine labor code.- Knowledge of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) is an advantage but not required.
