QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:- At least 2 years of HR management experience required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field is required- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software- Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking

- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, and if applicable,coordinate with the respective departments for resolution;
- Support in handling the day-to-day disciplinary and grievance issues including employment status, performance and policy concerns;
Provide advice and facilitate low to medium risk dispute resolution and disciplinary decisions relating to significant matters involving violations of the Code of Conduct;- Responsible in the development of Human Resources policies and its implementation;
Ensures that grievance handling and disciplinary proceedings are carried out in line with company policy.
- Prepares all documentation necessary for all case management concerns (Such as but not limited to NTEs, NODs, RTWOs, Admin Invites, etc.)
Handles resignation and termination procedures as well as potential legal matters related to employees filing law suits against the employer.- Handle employee relation issues (Disciplinary Cases and DOLE Cases)
