BASIC FUNCTIONS:Responsible for planning, designing and implementing programs for employee's health, wellness and welfare and cascading the same to local employee relations supervisors.
- Collaborates with the local HR Supervisors for ER/LR, ISSRRA and Learning and Development in the planning and execution of approved ER/LR programs.
- Monitors implementation of ER/LR activities in the different business and service units of Group 1.
- Spearheads the implementation of Touchpoints and Voice of the people
- Conducts counseling for employees with special needs and/or referral from concerned department heads
- Facilitates trainings on health and wellness in collaboration in the Learning and Development Officers
- Assists directly employees in times of sickness, death in the family and other personal related circumstances in the absence of the local ER/LR Supervisors
- Collaborates with the HR Heads and Compensation and Benefits Officer regarding availment of benefits of employees with special needs especially during emergency cases
- Assists the HR Director in the conduct of Central Disciplinary Committee conferences
- Submits daily and/or weekly reports to the Office of the President on names of employees and services extended to the employees
- Performs other related functions as directed by the Immediate Heads
- QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic : AB/BS in Psychology; With MA in Guidance Counseling or any related field
Work Experience : At least 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or ER/LR Supervisor; Has an experience in guidance counseling
WORK SCHEDULE: Needs to render forty-eight (48) hours a week.
