Responsible for all matters related to developing and implementing company policies, and employee discipline, handling grievances, and developing and maintaining positive working relationships among all groups of employees. The Employee Relations, Engagement and Communications Supervisor shall also assist in spearheading the employee engagement and employee communication efforts of the company.
