Employee Relations Management:
- Establish and maintain positive employee relations, resolving employee conflicts and complaints.
Develop and update employee handbooks and related policies.
Develop investigation plans and summaries to ensure processes are up-to-date and compliant with general labor standards and other government/legal policies.
- Attend DOLE labor case hearings and mandatory conferences.
Manage end-to-end processing of employee recognition and cases, including but not limited to reviewing incident reports, drafting and issuing explanation notices, violation notices, conducting administrative investigations and/or hearings, etc.
- Create professional and well-drafted investigation records.
Prepare monthly reports on employee disciplinary actions.

Assist with employee offboarding, including deactivating company accounts and coordinating offboarding clearance routes.- Conduct exit interviews and compile monthly offboard reports.
- Over 2 years of experience in employee relations management; Senior Associate requires over 5 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, with extensive experience in employee and labor relations, employee discipline, and compliance.- Preference for candidates with experience representing management in DOLE SENA and NLRC cases.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure.
