Ensures the fair implementation of the Code of Discipline of the Company.
Manages the discipline management process of the Company and ensures all members of the organization support it.
Maintains employment policies and provides advice on how to resolve employment issues.
Provides advice and counsel to people managers and their employees regarding human resources practices and employment laws.
Conducts coaching and counseling sessions and facilitates town halls, focus group discussions, skip-level meetings, and new employee orientations.
Monitors the regularization process of the Company and ensures necessary documents will be served to employees.
Works closely with people managers and engagement supervisors to ensure acceptable employee engagement levels across the Company.
Provided necessary support in implementing the onboarding process of the organization.
Manages the exit process of the Company and ensures data that can be extracted from it will be used for continuous improvement.
Provides support in all employee engagement activities of the organization.

Job Requirements

BS/BA in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field
At least 2 years of experience as an Employee Relations and Engagement Associate, Supervisor, or Consultant
Hands-on experience with HR policies and procedures and employment legislation
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
Amenable to onsite work
