As HR Employee Engagement Specialist/Officer, you are in charge of the following:
Internal Communications
- Implement Wow and Culture strategies for core campaigns and projects across the organization. Document and release internal communications on all WOW and Culture activities.
- Handle and manage the different Wow and Culture communication channels such as Viber, e-mail, bulletin board, etc. and posts relevant updates and announcements that will help promote projects.
- Create and release creative posters, email announcements, bulletin board advertisements, etc. to increase employee participation in the different programs and projects of the department.
- Maintain good communication between management, the internal team, and partners. Ensure that all inquiries and concerns from collaborators and stakeholders are properly addressed.
Wow and Culture Formation
- Assist Culture Manager in the conceptualization, preparation, and implementation of employee programs that aim to promote fun and family working culture.
- Track progress and deliverables for Wow and Culture projects, and oversee evaluation of results.
- Monitor compliance and ensure effective implementation of Culture programs across all Business Units. Prepare program updates and provide recommendations to further improve said program and develop more initiatives for the company.
- Create appropriate interventions and collaborate with Business Units (BUs) in creation of action plans to increase employee engagement and ensure proper implementation of interventions.
- Recommend proper corrective action for noted deviations of BUs on Culture programs.
Project Management
- Oversee aspects of assigned projects. Coordinate with project lead and ensure assigned project are completed on time, within budget, and within scope and objective.
- Work with collaborative project leaders in evaluating projects through activities that measure impact to Guest Satisfaction.
- Provides regular updates and reports on detail projects, status and progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure expenses made for assigned project are within the approved budget and allocated resources.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Standards
- Institute internal safeguards on funds, assets, company properties and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency of facilities and equipment.
- Develop new and enhance work processes in close coordination with the Culture and Engagement Manager to provide corrective actions to recurring problems including internal guest complaints, as well as preventive actions to avoid potential problems from occurring.
- Monitor compliance of projects to all regulatory requirements
- Follow the Employee Code of Conduct
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, Business, or any 4-year related course.
- Must have at least 2 years experience in the same field and preferably with strong communication and project management background.
- Must knowledgeable on the following
a. Organizational culture & climate,
b. Principles of survey creation, administration & evaluation,
c. Employee development techniques and approaches,
d. succession planning techniques,
e. workforce planning techniques and analyses,
f. Workforce Trends
g. Employee engagement trends.
- Willing to do field work if needed
