Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Antipolo and Pasig City. As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall engagement within the organization. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting employee surveys, analyzing feedback, designing and delivering engagement initiatives, organizing events and activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a positive work culture. Employee Engagement Specialist will be assigned to work night shift and occassional midshift.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and DEIB best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
  • Experience in designing and executing engagement initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HR policies and practices
  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, organizational psychology, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in employee engagement or related areas are a plus
  • BPO experience is preferred.
