Job Summary- Supports in the conceptualization, planning, execution and evaluation of employee engagement activities.
Organizes and manages committees who will carry out employee engagement activities.- Spearheads in scouting and selection of suppliers and vendors to render services before, during, and after activities.
Updates and monitors pertinent documents relative to employee engagement activities.
Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or any other HR-related field
- Experience in Events management, hosting or any other related activities
Proficient in MS Office Applications- Good written and oral communication skills
