WORK ONSITEUnder the supervision of the Engagement Officer, this key position is responsible for actively contributing to conceptualizing effective engagement activities and its delivery that embed and develop company culture & values among all employees. This position provides strong support to the Department and Business Unit's initiatives on creating a healthy work environment that will reinforce employee satisfaction, motivation, and work-life integration.
- Responsibilities and Duties
- Contributes to designing and developing strategic employee engagement activities programs using innovative tools & techniques to deliver quality and effective engagement.
- Coordinates with business partners when creating department-specific programs to ensure applicability of strategies.
- Maintains calendar of events to ensure all approved events/activities are implemented as scheduled.
- Forms committees for key events to encourage participation from different departments during conceptualization, organization, and implementation of activities.
- Handles all related administrative tasks such as but not limited to preparing checklist of materials, records-keeping, photo/video documentation, creation of marketing collaterals, etc., to cover all phases of project execution.
- Prepares budget proposal and secures final approval of authorized signatories prior to organizing company event/activity to ensure activities are within the approved budget.
- Facilitates evaluation engagement programs effectiveness (e.g. satisfaction survey after event; analysis in relation to employee morale and retention rate) to effectively gauge programs impact to employee experience and takes notes of best practices and areas for improvement.
- Prepares easy to understand post-event reports which include, but not limited to photos, write-ups, approved budget vs. actual expenses, survey results, etc., for transparency.
- Coordinates and maintains good relationship with various departments to secure aid and support on the delivery of programs.
- Performs event hosting and other related roles when necessary to successfully deliver planned programs.
- Qualifications and Skills
Graduate of BS/BA in Psychology/Human Resources, Marketing, Advertising, and other related courses
- At least 1 year of HR/employee engagement, events management experience &/or years of experience in relevant or related role/capacity
1 year or more of relevant and related experience in BPO industry is an advantageMUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA
