Graduate of Psychology or Behavioral Sciences.
Excellent communications skills effective across all levels of the organization.
The role should ideally have at least two (2) years experience in either talent management, training and training needs analysis, organization development, and/or corporate culture engagement.
Should be creative and, at the same time, strategic and analytical.
Successful applicants are expected to be trained for for 12 to 24 months as preparation for an Assistant Manager post in five years or less.
Place of assignment is in San Pedro, Laguna thus priority will be given to residents with proximity to our area
