Employee Engagement Intern

Overview: We're looking for an Employee Engagement Intern to help us plan and execute end-to-end employee events. You'll play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of various events and campaigns that showcase our company's values and make our workplace awesome.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of employee and corporate events, including budgeting, logistics, and vendor management.
• Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, such as creating promotional materials, managing email lists, and tracking metrics.
• Contribute to the development of marketing and communication strategies and tactics.
• Help organize and execute on-site events.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Assist with our volunteer program and employee recognition efforts.
• Help us track how well our culture programs are working.

Requirements:

• Currently in college studying Marketing, Human Resources, Communication or similar.
• Good with design software like Canva.
• Great at coming up with creative ideas and making them look awesome.
• Can work well with a team and is eager to learn new things.
• Bonus if you have experience on managing events.

Duration and Compensation:

• With Internship Allowance
