Job Description

Job Description and Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 4 years of work experience in HR.
  • At least 1 - 2 year(s) of work experience as an Employee and Labor Relations Supervisor is required for this position.
  • Must have experience in handling larger FTEs within a BPO setting.
  • Must have worked in HR within the BPO industry.
  • Strong experience in Human Resources (Employee and Labor Relations) is required.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and Government Mandated Benefits.
  • Must be willing to work in Eastwood City - Libis, Quezon City.
