Primary responsibility of role is to respond to inquiries regarding HR policy and procedure, the HR Portal and HR self-service forms associated with particular HR transactions during EMEA hours (3pm to 12mn PHT).
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Primary responsibility of role is to respond to inquiries regarding HR policy and procedure, the HR Portal and HR self-service forms associated with particular HR transactions in EMEA hours (3pm to 12mn PHT).
- Answer regional inquiries and perform processes within EMEA.
- Create documents as per employee's request.
- Manage employee files and data of EMEA employees in the HRIS system
- Works directly with managers, candidates, and other HR staff within EMEA region; accepts and routes requests for assistance over e-mail, via live chat, and through web forms(ServiceNow); Works directly with them to resolve recurring or standard problems with best possible customer experience.
- Gathers information and records data in HR tools; Monitors transaction status and escalates transactions, as necessary.
- Position required to follow up with customers to ensure completion of task within specified best practices and KPIs.
- Review incident history to determine recurring faults/
- Provides feedback regarding accuracy of knowledge articles and other customer contact tools
- Identify possible areas that need documentation or improvement, to improve employee support and experience.
- Takes ownership of specialized process (e.g. HR Purchasing) as POC for EMEA.
- Regional FAS exercises and Mass requests/projects.
- Data management and presentation towards other COEs.
- Responds to unusual customer special/urgent requests.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (Psychology, Human Resource Management and related courses)
At least 2 years of related experience
Excellent Business Writing and Verbal Communication Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (including mailmerge and basic VBA/ formulas); Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
Attention to Detail and Organization
Proficient in English Language and Grammar

Process Improvement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior work experience in the HR field (i.e. HR back-office, shared services, HR Generalist roles)
Prior Experience in Customer Support or Incident Management
Workday/ServiceNow experience
Willing to be assigned in a Mid-Shift schedule
